This is an Enemy Territory server hosted to promote Zengamers.com, a wiki about video games (FAQ and walkthrough oriented).

Server rules
The server rules are as simple as we possibly could. We summed them up in a single sentence for in-game display, "be a good teammate". Now more in details, the rules are:
Forbidden stuff:
- No mod-level begging: it's a rule we didn't want to have, but after months of dealing with moderatorship beggars, we are taking the step: mod-level beggars will be eligible for permamute.
- No teamkilling/teambleeding on purpose: shit happens, but if it happens to much, you'll be in trouble. There is only one exception to this rule: you may teamkill the bots if they misbehave (stuckage, running around the map with an obj, etc).
- No objective stealing: defusing your teammates dynamite or landmines on the purpose of replacing them with yours will get you banned very quickly. It is however allowed to defuse these if they are misplaced.
- No flooding: maybe you are proud of this add-on that posts crap in the general chat every time you kill someone, but this is flooding and is a nuisance to all players. Dynamite counters, though, are ok if they don't flood too much.
- No over-advertising: posting one recruiting message during a playing session is okay, but don't connect just to advertise your clan or a website.
- No cheating: we are streaming to PBBans. Any player caught using an aimbot, a wallhack, etc, will be perma-banned.
- No bug-abuse: trickjumping and trickplanting are allowed with the following restrictions (which also apply even without trickjumping/planting, of course!):
- it must not result in the player being unshootable while he is able to shoot
- it must not result in the player or dynamite being invisible for someone who doesn't use the bug/trick (like inserting the player or dynamite into a wall)
- it must not result in the player being able to see through structures that normally can't be seen through
Allowed stuff:
- Mild swearing: you can speak your mind as long as you don't spam it (don't post the same thing twice) and stay "not too offensive". However, swearing may make you look dumb and will get you auto-muted (ok, that's just for 10 seconds) and burned...
- Spawnkilling: we set up a special very long spawn shield (6 seconds) to make sure you can deal with spawnkillers the way you want: you can chose to fight back (and lose you shield when you start firing) or to run away during this long shield time.
- Using /kill: only XP whores care if you are using /kill. Used wisely, /kill may help you a lot to refill your charge bar, refill your HP, go to a new spawn, etc. Anyway, using /kill is allowed with absolutely no limitation (well, if you join the game only to /kill over and over, you'll get moved to spec like an AFK).
- Fair trickplay: for instance trickjumping to go over a wall (but not inside a wall!), trickplanting a dynamite in the air (if it can be seem for a normal player)...
- And many more things... :) (not worth mentionning though)
